Safety
Safety is one of the cornerstones of our company. We are dedicated to continuous process improvement in safety with a goal of zero injuries. Our commitment includes an active process to instill safety values in each employee and to ensure appropriate and instinctive behavior.
Comprehensive safety training and coaching is ongoing on each project and fosters an environment where associates are accountable to each other. Our dedication to safety standards has ensured the well-being of our employees.
All of our equipment operators have received hands on training and passed both an industry standard and company test prior to beginning work. Our foremen have received in-depth training on scaffold erection and use. Each scaffold is inspected daily, to insure the safety of our crew and the other people on site and in our work area. Weekly safety meetings are mandatory for all of our employees. We believe that open forum discussions will provide key benefits to not only our staff, but our clients as well.
